PAY:

• Full Time
• Salary based on experience
• Housing and utilities provided

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ranch maintenance including lodge, grounds keeping, roads, brush control
• Operation of riding lawn mower, leaf blower, skid steer, ATV.
• Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Wildlife feeding, filling of protein/corn/fish food stations.
• Additional duties as required and assigned.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

• 18 years and older.
• Well-groomed and presentable at all times
• Possess maturity, motivation, mental alertness, and the ability to relate well with guests.
• Ability to work while maintaining a positive mental attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours and stay onsite to assist weekend guests.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

LICENSES:

• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Valid state hunting license required.
• No prior violations of local, state, or federal game laws.
