A position has become available for employment on a 640 acre ranch located in Knight’s Valley – Sonoma County, California.

We are seeking to employ an individual who is passionate about caring for a small herd of Cows. The Cattle are used to graze the land keeping grass short to assist with our wild fire prevention efforts. Our herd are not raised for the beef industry or profit.

There is also the possibility that other types of livestock will be introduced to the property as well.

Position responsibilities:

• Manage/Run the day to day operations of the livestock’s needs such as supplementary feeding.
• Monitoring animal health and maintaining a clean environment.
• Follow health, safety, and wellbeing procedures.
