We have 10 horses on Grandma and Grandpa’s old one acre ranch. Have small private living quarters and Utilities in exchange for morning and evening horse care. This is trade for rent .

Plenty of time for a day job or a night job for an income. This is not paid, it is trade for rent. Lots of small paying jobs in our area or into town for a full-time job.

Will do a background check, no drugs, no alcohol abuse, horse experience preferred, single person only.
