We are a large-scale grain farm in Northeast Montana. In addition to field crops, we also manage a cow/calf operation and hay production.

We are seeking a highly experienced person with mechanical skills for full-time, long-term employment. The candidate must be self-motivated and highly organized.

This is a hands-on role where you would be operating large farm equipment, running irrigation, feeding livestock, managing fields and fencing all while leading daily operations and maintenance of a farm. We’re looking for someone that has strong farming experience and is comfortable in a role operating and working alone.

Included in the compensation package is housing with all utilities covered, beef and a vehicle for travel to work. An ideal candidate would bring farming experience, along with mechanical ability to be responsible for the maintenance of equipment and buildings, and a desire to be part of small town living in a close-knit community.
