Overview:
Diverse Agriculture Operation. Cow/Calf, Feedlot, Small Grains & Row Crops, Hay Crops.
Looking for someone that would like to work on an operation that is involved into more than just cattle and more than just farming.
This operation runs a small sized feedlot that goes from start to finish. Uses a lot of their own crops and hay crops thru the feedlot and to maintain cow/calf herds.
Row Crops and Small Grain include corn, soybeans, winter wheat, oats, and rye. Haying operation includes meadow grass, alfalfa, alfalfa/orchard grass, and annual forages (oats, sorghum sudan, millet, rye). Operate spraying equipment and center pivot irrigation.
We are willing to teach right person how to operate all necessary equipment depending on comfort level.
No horses are used; side by sides and 4 wheelers are used.
Qualifications or Skills Required
Willing to teach skills as needed. Basic operations of vehicles (pickup, atv, tractor, semi, sprayer)
Salary and Benefits
Full Time: Salary depending on experience and negotiable for right person.
Internship: Salary depending on experience and negotiable for the right person.
