We are a small, 4th generation ranch in Jackson, WY seeking a year round ranch hand. The position could include riding but is not primarily a riding job.

Flood irrigating, fencing, haying, winter feeding, equipment maintenance, help with calving, shipping, sorting, and general ranch duties are requirements for the job. Skills running machinery and tractors a plus. A 2 bedroom house is included in the position.

We are a family business, hoping to pass the land and cattle along to the next generation. We are looking for a long term, dependable employee who can work independently, problem solve, and help take on some of the daily responsibilities.

We have long winters here—applicants must be able to handle cold weather. Salary dependent upon level of experience.
