Caretaker needed for a remote, off grid property near Alpine, Wyoming
We are looking for someone that can live on this property to politely address occasional trespassers.
Other responsibilities include:
- Maintain and repair the fencing on this 80 acre property
- Keep cows off the property during summer and fall months
- Check water systems, some of which are winterized for 6 months a year.
- Mow around wells, valves, etc.
- Trim willows along the fencing.
- Winter access is via a snow mobile in the winter months
- Ditch maintenance as needed.
A tiny house is provided for housing on this remote living, off grid property along a river.
$35,000 a year salary
