My name is Braden R. I am 23yrs old and a Marine Corp Reservist; my MOS is 0811 (artillery cannoneer). I’m looking for work on a cattle ranch, feedlot or working horses. I’ve been working on ranches for about 2yrs now and tho I’ve learned a lot I’ve still got a long way to go.
My experience includes:
- running equipment such as backhoes, skid steers, tractors, ATVs, and trucks
- irrigation such as K lines, wheel line, and flood irrigation
- working on horseback to push cattle
- haying operation id run a round baler and a hay hyker
- doctoring calves
I am a very hard worker and will work in any conditions we may face along the way. I’m looking to work on horseback and expand my knowledge on cattle and horses. I have some experience doctoring cattle like giving shots and riding around checking them. I love to learn and push myself to be the absolute best I can be and I’m looking for someone who wants to help and will pass their knowledge down to me.
I’m not looking to make tons of money but to get rich with knowledge. I am open and honest and will ask questions if I don’t know. I’m willing to relocate to parts of Montana, Idaho, and Washington. I’m still in the Marines so I have to stay reasonably close to Yakima WA but I don’t mind driving a distance to get there. I’m eager to start and learn and prove myself not just as a good hand but as a respectable man that is willing to go above and beyond what is necessary.
