This job entails managing 30 acres in Southern California for private family.

Must be able to repair and maintain irrigation systems, brush eradication for fire prevention, plant care, simple plumbing and electrical and use heavy equipment.

Must be proactive and able to work independently.

No livestock currently.

Background check and references will be required.

This position is part-time and provides housing either full hookups for own RV or one bedroom apartment depending on skills and references. No salary to start.
