CARETAKER/HANDYMAN WANTED for small rural residential property in Douglas County, Colorado. Permanent, year-round position.
This is a non-salaried work/trade situation in exchange for a quiet, private, 2BR 1 bath home on the property with all utilities and internet paid.
Work averages 20-24 hours a week so the job is ideal for someone who is retired or works part-time from home.
Primary duties include caring for two horses, lawn and pasture mowing, snow removal, and light maintenance on the property and equipment.
You should be handy with and enjoy operating power tools, tractor and implements, and should enjoy working outdoors. You must know how to work safely, be clean and honest.
Good quality equipment is available to do every job, and the property is currently well maintained and in excellent condition. Sorry, no dogs or children.
