- Skilled in many trades such as home and building construction, renovations, plumbing, electrical, electronics, hydrawise sprinkler systems, smart home, camera installation, equipment repair and maintenance.
- Meticulous grounds care and maintenance
- Vehicle and equipment operation, repair and maintenance including tractors, excavators, zero turns, dump trucks, bulldozers and chainsaws.
- Certifications in tree felling, water treatment, OSHA certifications, Polaris repair certified, etc.
- Herd management (deer, elk, Eurasian boar) experience related to feed, nutrition, health, predator control, fencing.
Wife:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, QuickBooks, and am able to learn specific software programs unique to each business
- Strong administrative skills from many years in the field of Private Club Management, as a Licensed Loan Officer Assistant, and as a Certified Paralegal.
