Wilson Ranches
Wilson Ranches Retreat and Wilson Ranches is looking for a summer to spring crew member with the possibility of longer. The Wilson’s are an Oregon Trail family and have been ranching in Eastern Oregon for seven generations. This position involves BOTH hospitality and ranch operations. The ideal candidate will need to be adaptable, positive, and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Have to be willing to work weekends. Located in Fossil, Oregon.
Hospitality duties include:
- Breakfast preparation
- Serving and hosting breakfast
- Housekeeping
- Groundskeeping
- Guest Horseback Rides
The cow-calf ranch duties include:
- Responsibilities for 400 head on about 16,000 acres
- Calving and branding
- Herd rotations on horseback
- Irrigation
- Rangeland management
- Fencing
- Horse Care
