Hello,
I am a 19-year-old from Michigan wanting to work full-time on a ranch as a ranch hand. I hate to say it but I have no experience as a ranch hand but I am willing to learn and grow in the field.
As a kid in elementary school I have always wanted to move out west and work on a ranch in the mountains with a group of guys I can call my family and my brothers. I am willing to take criticism. I know not many ranch managers would not wanna take a chance on a 19-year-old kid with no experience in the ranching industry but given the chance I would put my time, effort, and energy into my job to make sure the ranch is up and running at its best.
I was raised by a mother and father and grandparents who always taught me to show up to work and work hard for my place.
