Co tenant here seeks caregiver assistance, no personal care, mostly light housekeeping, shopping and food preparation. $1,200 month for about two part-time days a week! Landlord needs shoulder replacement surgery and will need more help then than now!

Room and Board pay for helping on a mini farm on edge of San Diego county… many interesting projects!

2 miles to 24 hour shopping etc. Wine country, lively old town and less than 1 hour to beaches, centrally located about 1+ hours to Palm Springs, Los Angeles, San Diego etc. yet in a wild canyon that’s very remote!

Organic farm with many critters and gardens. Must love all animals. No hunting here. I’m seeking a long term helper.
