Riley P.
I am seeking a new opportunity to expand my knowledge and skill in the world of livestock and western lifestyle.
A little about me:
Im 21 years old from Tennessee, I’ve been around animals most my life and have always worked physical labor jobs anything from working at a livestock barn/farm too much aspects of general construction and equipment operation, I am always willing to learn new things. I have a decent bit of mechanical knowledge, few years experience handling and caring for livestock including mucking stalls, daily feeding, shipping and receiving life stock, pen sorting, and farm to customer livestock sales. I have experience running smaller to mid size tractors with bush hogs, front loader attachments. Ive hauled livestock before, can pull a gooseneck or bumper pull trailers. I can stick weld, roughly fix fence, maintenance machinery, I have experience operating a off road haul truck, skid steer, mini excavator as well.
I feel comfortable in just about any machine Im placed in and catch on quick. I also know the dangers and feel at ease around livestock also working with livestock aswell. I can tack and saddle a horse not the fasted but can get the job done, Im comfortable in the saddle and always looking to gain more seat time and experience never can have too much.
I will need housing, but I am willing to relocate mostly any where.
I get along with people well, not afraid of hard work either. I do well under stress and in chaos, I also know the importance of keeping a cool head when dealing with people and livestock. Im willing to work and agreement out with anyone for work if I happen to be lacking knowledge or experience in areas for what you maybe looking for in a new hire. Willing to work and compromise for room & board and knowledge with little pay to start if it fits the situation best.
All I ask from anyone in mutual respect, honesty, also just being straightforward and to the point with me.
I’m willing to start within the next few weeks of me posting this (October 28th)
Looking for someone full time or seasonal open to either.
If you happen to have any questions or would like any additional information from me feel free to reach out.
