My name is MJ, I am 25 year old Christian man with a general contracting business based in Ireland. I have a large portfolio of projects complete in Ireland and the UK. From Office Fitouts, new construction, home additions with a specific focus on restoration and refurbishment of historic buildings in Ireland’s Georgian period towns. Projects ranging from $50,000-500,000. I am a fully qualified trade carpenter with internationally recognised City & Guilds award craft cert in the craft of Carpentry & Joinery as well as a BSc Degree in Construction Management. I am seeking a new challenge and an opportunity to meet like minded, hardworking, Christian people along the way.
I am open to various positions on large commercial cattle ranches to equine facilities. The skills I can offer are in both land reclamation, construction of new buildings, maintenance of existing, home restoration etc. Having been born on a mixed use farm in the West of Ireland I have a large amount of experience dealing with Cattle, Sheep and Poultry. My experience on horseback is very limited due to the lack of opportunity. However this is something I would be interested in changing and improving on. References available.
I have experience with a large variety of machinery from micro diggers to large excavators (0.75 – 30 Tonne), Graders, Rock Trucks, Tractors etc. I Mechanical skills are limited to routine troubleshooting and repairs as I am not a mechanic.
Housing would be required. Seeking a social position where there is a team atmosphere. Remote location is okay. Working weekends is also okay. Flexible regarding this. Seeking contract work with option to extend should it be a good fir for both of us. Salary can be discussed at a later date.
