Bull Run Hunt
Opportunity to learn hound fertility and husbandry working with veterinarians specializing in canine fertility in a world class fox hunting operation with 75 hounds in beautiful Virginia countryside, managing population density and superb cleanliness and feeding programs. Work with one of America’s most experienced (33 years), accomplished Huntsman.
Duties include assisting with hound breeding and training programs, cleaning kennels, feeding horses, cutting grass, walking hounds, other duties deemed appropriate by the BRH Huntsman who will direct your daily activities.
30 hours/week. Compensation includes housing (suitable for family), utilities, $15K/year, reimbursement for expenses, including fuel costs, and other out of pocket expenses necessary in the normal course of performing job responsibilities.
Required experience:
• Maintaining kennel or equestrian facilities: 2 years
