Texana Ranch
I am looking for a self motivated husband and wife/family to run our ranch.
The duties that he will need to be able to perform are: fencing, mowing, painting, varmit control, welding, plumbing (water lines and troughs), operate and maintain farm equipment, plow, plant and bale hay, feed and vaccinate cows (we only have 30) horses and deer, maintain and fill feeders, all of the typical ranch operation duties.
She will need to be able to do the books and clean the houses.
As you know, this type of position is not an 8 to 5 job, but I will always work with you when you want off.
I will provide health insurance, house, satellite, internet, vehicle.
I am 53 years old and this ranch has been in the family for over 35 years and we have only had 2 different managers.
I would like to have someone that wants to call this home, not a job hopper. Thank You.
