True Ranch Collection
The historic Rancho de la Osa is looking for experienced and qualified Wranglers to join our team for the remainder of the winter/spring season in Arizona and continue on for the summer season at our Montana guest ranches. Ample horse experience and riding skills are required. Applicants must be hard working with good people skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to work year-round and remain a part of the True Ranch Collection team at our different guest ranch properties in Arizona and Montana. Immediate start date available at Rancho de la Osa and will run approximately through mid-May; followed by the opportunity to continue on as a wrangler at one of our Montana ranches. The season at the Circle Bar Ranch begins at the end of May and runs through October 2, and the season for our Yellowstone Pop-Up Ranch at the O.T.O. Dude Ranch runs from the end of June to mid-August.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Leading or dragging ranch trail rides
- Ensure safety of guests and livestock on guided trail rides
- Feeding, grooming and tacking horses
- Clean up of corral area and stalls
- Ability to adjust to short-notice changes
Meals included. Housing available.
The historic ranches in the True Ranch Collection are unique and authentic guest ranches in some of the West’s best country.
