Alpha & Omega Mounted Security Patrol
Only candidates with their own horse, truck, and trailer need apply. You will also need to qualify for a Texas Private Security License (clean background and no DWI’s) are welcome to apply for our Full-Time Mounted Patrol Trooper positions. This is a non-commissioned security position, meaning we do not carry weapons.
*Law Enforcement, Security, Public Safety or U.S. Military experience is a plus but not necessary.
Alpha & Omega Services is a Mounted Patrol Security company that provides services for well-known various clients throughout the country, but our FT positions are in The Woodlands, Texas.
Candidate and horse must both qualify up to standard through testing and interview process prior to employment offer.
Flexible availability preferred. This work location is in The Woodlands, TX but our office is in Conroe, TX. We have a bunk house, RV hookups and stalls for employees that commute in from out of town and work a MINUMUM of two week rotations, per availability. You cannot live here full time as we do not provide housing but while you are here working a minimum of two weeks/40 hour+/week, you and your horse can stay here for free.

Pay: Starts at $19.15 per hour through your probationary period and goes up from there. Full time employees receive full benefits packages including Medical, Dental and Life insurance, referral bonuses, Simple IRA (Company match 3%) Vacation days (40 hours after one year) sick days, jury days, funeral leave, two holidays a year and a CPA stipend to help discern your trooper pay that is W2 and your horse pay that is 1099.

- You and your horse will be evaluated at one of our testings. If you pass, you will have the job!

- Your first day on the job!
