Circle Bar B Ranch is looking for wranglers to guide rides. Looking for people with good horse skills. The job includes all aspects of horse care including feeding, saddling, doctoring ,brushing and overall care of a herd of 50 horses. Position requires maintaining riding equipment, corrals, trails, vehicles, buildings and overall upkeep of the horse facilities as well as guiding rides.

This ranch has been in operation for over 80 years, located on the Gaviota coastal side of the Santa Ynez mountains 25 miles northwest of Santa Barbara. Position includes guiding 1 1/2 hour to 4 hour long rides with beautiful spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean in a mild year around climate. We have year around as well as seasonal positions available with living quarters and utilities. Possible situation for a couple as there is work available in the guest lodge in sales, guest services , food service and housekeeping. Guides receive some of the best tips in the country!
