Responsibilities:
- Maintaining clean standards throughout the property
- Approved errands as needed
- Vendor interfacing and supervision as needed
- Daily survey of ranch to make sure all areas are in good condition
- Working knowledge of lightweight ranch equipment and hand tools
- Dexterity (repair fences, equipment, change vehicle tire, and more) iol change of Tractor.
- General landscaping including a kitchen garden with a detailed view to weed and brush control, maintain/fix irrigation lines, and leaf removal
- Implement a weed and brush control plan
- Keep building gutters free of debris
- Potential for livestock handling (e.g., Alpaca, chickens, ponds)
- Check wells/water supply
- Snow Removal in Winter
- Dead Tree removal mostly in the Summer and Fall months
- Help prepare house/buildings for anticipated weather
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
- Use initiative to suggest projects to improve processes
- Tidy up garages (indoor and outdoor) and exterior common areas
- Pest control
- Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish garage and patio floors, exterior doors/windows/frames and coverings, and fencing/gates
- General handy person (e.g., change light bulbs, split firewood, repair basic equipment chainsaws, lawnmower, tractor etc)
- Excellent use of Chainsaw for cutting down trees, de-limbing branches, splitting and staking firewood.
- Clean exterior doorknobs, windows, windowsills, screens, and door handles
- Dispose of trash, recycling, and compostable goods in a sanitary manner
- Detail cleaning of ranch vehicles, recreational vehicles, and cycles using appropriate products
- Routine vehicle maintenance (e.g., check/monitor fluid levels, change tire,)
- Maintain organized storage areas/cabinets/drawers to
- Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe, sanitary, and organized working condition
- Monitor and report necessary damage, domestic repairs/replacements, maintenance issues, and/or safety hazards
Requirements:
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion at all time
- Valid driver’s license/clean driving record
- Own vehicle with appropriate insurance
- No significant litigation, driving infractions, or other legal violations
- Must be able to pass background check
- Semi-Flexible schedule, generally Monday-Friday
- Ability to multi-task
- Maintain a professional manner at all times
- Positive and calm attitude
- Follow all safety and security procedures
- Ability to take initiative and a willingness to work hard
- Ability to use a smartphone to send email and text photos/messages
- Adaptability
- High energy levels
- Observe and report any safety or maintenance issues
- Able to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum weight of approximately 50 lbs.

Benefits:
- Salary start $2,000/month + home, electric, garden sharing
