MUST have equine experience, be self-motivated, hard working, MUST be polite and have strong customer service skills to work with tourists.

Must also possess the ability to work with horses of all skill levels. The job consists of leading groups of tourists on horseback for 30 minute and 1hr long rides. Must be willing to work weekends.

This position includes feeding, grooming, tacking, cleaning, and helping with all ranch duties. Exceptional customer service is essential.
