Quivira Coalition’s New Agrarian Program is an 8-month apprenticeship program for those interested in starting or honing their career in regenerative agriculture.

We partner with ranches and farms in Montana and Colorado that host apprentices from March/April until November. The apprentice lives on-farm and works full-time with 1:1 mentorship. They also receive education stipends to use for any off-farm education opportunities, 1:1 support from a NAP coordinator, access to in-person gatherings and workshops, supplemental education webinars, access to free Holistic Management online courses, and free registration/travel/lodging at the annual Regenerate Conference hosted by Quivira Coalition, Holistic Management International, and American Grassfed Association.

Apprentices experience the real-life struggles and rewards of being a regenerative producer.
