Ranch help needed for family ranch in Laramie Mountains (outside of Douglas, WY). GAP-4 and grass-fed cow/calf production, grazing and range management, irrigation and hay production. Savory affiliate. Mission is producing beef in a sustainable, regenerative, and community-focused environment.
Benefits include dormitory-style housing (private bedroom and bath; shared kitchen, private fridge); utilities and WiFi, and option to board a horse. Salary based on experience; entry-level applicants welcome.
Seeking reliability, self-drive, and willingness to work in all weather conditions. A compassion for animals and love of the outdoors.
At minimum, position requires a commitment through calving season (January to April). Start date negotiable prior to January and open now.
