Longfellow Ranch is a 350,000-acre working cattle ranch and wildlife retreat located outside of Fort Stockton TX. Our 4,700 ft. Lodge offers 5-star room and dining facilities for corporate events and guests.
We are seeking an experienced General Maintenance Hand to perform tasks such as preventive maintenance and repairs on a ranch in Fort Stockton, Texas. You must be a problem solver, work independently, have a positive attitude, be a good team player, and possess great general maintenance skills.
Essential Responsibilities:
- PM and repair electrical appliances including A/C, refrigerators, freezers, etc.
- Install appliances and equipment
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Painting
- Carpentry
- Maintenance of ranch facilities
Work Schedule:
- Schedule will be Monday through Friday with paid holidays and flexibility to work on weekends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
- Operation of hand tools and electrical tools
- Very good communication skills
- Must work independently with little or no supervision
- Reliable
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background checks and drug screens
