A family in Wimberly, TX is seeking a full-time meticulous and stellar Ranch Manger / Groundskeeper to spearhead all operations and upkeep of their 500+ acre property.

The position reports directly to the estate manager and the candidate is responsible for managing the overall operation of the ranch. There are, however, several other ranch properties that will require your attention/directing from time to time.

There will be daily/weekly/monthly task lists to report and follow. The candidate will work independently , managing a small team ( 1-2 ranch assistants), be a self starter and can multitask to oversee a myriad of responsibilities and an every-changing list of priorities.

Salary: $55k-$60k DOE , 10 PTO days ( vacation+sick)- Healthcare stipend- Discretionary yearly Bonus
