Looking for individual or couple for a full time ranch management job on a large ranch in Ojai, California.

Responsibilities include overseeing numerous construction projects, hiring and managing subcontractors, managing ongoing operations and security. The ideal candidate will have experience operating construction equipment, obtaining bids for projects and overseeing construction and maintenance. Agricultural experience is not specifically required though experience is strongly preferred.
