Triangle X Ranch is ideally located in Jackson Hole’s beautiful Grand Teton National Park. The Triangle X has been owned and operated by the Turner family since it was established 93 years ago. We provide all-inclusive ranch vacations to families and people from across the world. We pride ourselves on old western hospitality and are looking for a new team member to help us continue providing unparalleled service to our guests.
As the maintenance foreman of Triangle X you will join a team of 12 year–round employees and 60 seasonal staff members. You become part of a family and will live and work in one of the most beautiful places on earth.
Job Description:
This is a year-round position and we are looking for a multiple year commitment. The Triangle X Maintenance Foreman is responsible for the ongoing property maintenance of 50 ranch buildings which includes all levels/forms of building maintenance and construction, project bidding, material purchasing, plumbing, and electrical work. Must have experience with computers as all maintenance is tracked via a computerized maintenance management system.
In addition to property maintenance, responsibilities will include but are not limited to general ranch work such as trucking stock, operating farm equipment, haying, shoveling snow, hot-tub repair and general handy-man duties.
Qualifications:
- Individual must be customer service oriented and a self starter.
- Must work well with others and people of all ages
- Must be responsible, hard working, honest, and authentic
- Must pass a 10-year criminal background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and random testing thereafter
- Clean driving record
- Experience in construction and carpentry work
- Experience in plumbing and electrical work preferred
- Able to use a computer
- Previous experience operating farm equipment
- Additional consideration will be given to individuals with experience in:
- Horseshoeing
- Roofing
- Furniture Building
Wages:
Annual salary with 2 weeks paid vacation
Room and Board:
Housing is provided – non-smoking, one bedroom w/ bath and kitchen. We will consider a couple but cannot provide housing to a family. 3 meals a day are also provided in our ranch staff dining room, 8 months out of the year.
