Looking for full time property caretakers to oversee and execute the daily operations and tasks of Big River Ranch.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Diagnose, repair and service ranch equipment and vehicles
- Maintenance of equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Clean equipment, parts, or tools to repair or maintain them in good working order
- Pasture management (fencing, fertilizing, herd rotations)
- Lawn Care
- Welding
- Daily oversight and maintenance of herd of cattle
- Housekeeping
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Work effectively with minimal supervision, self-motivated and self-starter
- Clear background check
- Will need to manage cattle including sorting, vaccinations, etc. Horses are not used on our operation and cattle are handled on foot or by ATV.
