Winter season southern Arizona guest ranch seeking applicants for horseback guiding job. Beautiful rough country with lots of time horseback. Must know horses to keep people and livestock safe. Job also involves, horseshoeing, developing trade and young horses, some packing, and ranch work.
Elkhorn Ranch is a traditional family owned and operated guest ranch with many repeat guests and crew. Monthly salary, full room and board (with your own room), and share of all crew gratuity pool.
