Located in Yuma, Colorado, this position is responsible for management of the cattle department. General responsibilities and accountabilities include employee safety, employee engagement, turnover, expense management, project management, animal health and active participation as a member of the feedlot leadership team. The cattle manager leads a 8-10 person crew in the cattle department and will also work directly with a cattle foreman.
