Farm Manager / Holistic Grazing help needed.
We are building a 1200-acre regenerative farm in the Florida Panhandle (Crestview, FL). We strive to sustain a rich, biodiverse environment for plants, farm and wild animals, birds, insects, and pollinators. We aim to become a source of high-quality, nutrient-dense food for customers across the US while building a community of people that are passionate about health, animals, sustainability, biodiversity, and natural beauty.
We are looking for a farmer with expertise in holistic grazing methods to establish and manage our grazing cattle. We will eventually have chicken, lamb, pigs, goats on pasture as well; however, experience with cattle care and grazing is a must. Equipment operating experience is preferred. Holistic/mob grazing experience is preferred, however, if you are willing to learn, methodological, and fun to work with, we still would like to hear from you.
