Looking for reliable couple to help progress and work on a developing small Ranch in Lavaca County, Texas. Requires experience with general Ranch and Maintenance functions, initiative and a hard worker that can participate in directing and accomplishing common goals without close supervision. Wife/partner will help with Ranch part-time as may be required and generally oversee residence of absentee owner.
Position is permanent and needs to be filled as soon as suitable couple engaged. Couple will be required to live on site.
Position comes with a new built comfortable home including all modern appliances, fenced back yard, electricity, internet and cable TV provided. Children are welcome as would be horses and pets. Starting pay to be discussed according to suitability and capabilities. Broader attractive growth potentials could evolve for the right couple.
