Flat Head River Ranch
Beautiful private guest ranch located on 127 acres near Glacier National Park is seeking a Ranch Hand in the Whitefish/Kalispell area. You will be part of a team of two other individuals on a non-working ranch (no cattle or horses).
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Deadwood tree removal with a chain saw.
• Mending and maintaining fencing.
• General maintenance and care of cars, trucks, tractors, snowmobiles, 4-wheelers, and other ranch equipment.
• Grounds maintenance – lawn mowing, gardening and flower beds.
• Property maintenance – General building maintenance, roadways, and snow-removal.
• Heavy lifting is required.
Requirements:
• 5+ years related experience.
• Strong background in landscape and irrigation maintenance including mowing, irrigation repair, flower care, and snow removal.
• Experience using a chain saw.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Reliable transportation.
Salary: $18/hour
Medical insurance and 401K plan with matching contribution is available. Must pass a drug screen and background check.
