Ranch Hand duties would include checking pastures to check for sick cattle and put out salt and mineral. Doctoring sick animals, fence repair, water system repair. Operation of large equipment, haying equipment, feed truck, and tractors. Knowledge of animal husbandry, and cattle working experience. Job requirement includes general knowledge about maintenance of machinery, and welding skills are helpful.
Person must be a self starter and take initiative. Must work well as part of a team but also be able to work on own. Physical requirements include ability to frequently lift 50 pounds and do a lot of walking.
Room & Board offered for the right candidate.
Salary: $30,000
