I am looking for a full time, long term position. I am a single, highly skilled, self-starting individual offering my extensive skills in construction and maintenance.
I have 30+ years experience as a WORKING general contractor. My skills include, but are not limited to carpentry, tile, electrical, plumbing, landscape construction, welding, mechanical, heavy equipment operation and maintenance, property management, fire mitigation, and grounds maintenance.
Any of my references will tell you there isn’t much that I can and will not do. Motivated self starter that works well under pressure, and extreme environments.
