We are looking for one more wrangler to join us for the Summer 2021 season! Couples or individuals are welcome (individuals may live in the bunkhouse – a couple must bring an RV or trailer). If a couple, one may work as a wrangler, whilst the other will work in maintenance or housekeeping.

We run daily trail rides for a members-only campsite in Napa, California. Wranglers help care for 30-horse herd, maintain stables and ranch property, and lead walk-only trail rides for novice riders.

Applicants must:

Be 21 years old and over
Have a driver’s license
Have experience riding and tacking western horses
Have a strong work ethic and the desire and ability to help with all ranch chores, including fencing repairs.
Be able to make a horse go even when “it doesn’t want to.”

Bunkhouse includes: single-occupancy bedroom, shared kitchen and bathrooms; wifi, use of ranch amenities (pool, hiking trails, horses, etc) and biweekly pay.

RV hookup includes: Electric, water, wifi, use of ranch amenities (pool, hiking trails, horses, etc) and biweekly pay.
