Cook for a group of 12-14 people for a short getaway. Opportunity to lead to additional steady work.
The assignment is from the 12th to the 17th of May, 2021 near Mt Rushmore, SD. Arrive in the morning or early afternoon of the 13th and Cook dinner and host a campfire.
Prepare a hearty breakfast every morning, prepare box lunches, do laundry of guests and any minor cleaning. Prepare dinner, and host campfire. Have snacks and drinks on hand. Shop as needed. Light breakfast on 17th, ready house for closing (very simple) and depart.
Anticipated that you will have 2-3 hours off in the middle of the day. You will have your own room. Local preferred, but will pay travel expenses for the right person.
The job is to help us enjoy the time without having to cook and clean, and to have a light presence.
