A very well detailed, organized and communicative person who can do the following:
1. ALL ASPECT OF HOUSE KEEPING INCLUDING :
• Clean, polish, pressing, cooking, silver and copper cleaning, making preserves, freeze tomato, peach puree, etc.
• Wine Cellar Inventory, CD’s, DVD’s and book inventory
• Antique furniture maintenance
2. ALL ASPECT OF MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS INCLUDING :
• Many of these tasks are done in-house. We have services that needs to be supervised such as water heater, air conditioning, gate, reverse osmosis system, windows, doors, washer and dryer, touch windows and doors.
• Dwellings on the property
3. ALL ASPECT OF VEGETABLE GARDEN, FLOWER GARDEN, FLOWERING TREES, FRUIT ORCHARD, AND OLIVE ORCHARD INCLUDING :
• Weekly Schedule for 2 Gardeners
• Buy all fertilizer, sprays, supplies etc.
• Manage olive harvest, deliver to press, bottling, labeling and shipping
4. ALL ASPECT OF ADMINISTRATIVE INCLUDING :
• Monthly petty cash report
• Monthly Maintenance List
