Herradura Ranch
Ranch Foreman position available. Under guidance of Ranch Manager, perform all general maintenance of 7,000 acre private hunting ranch. Some duties include operating farm equipment (disking and planting foodplots, shredding, blading roads, brush clearing), maintain ranch’s network of water lines and water troughs, maintaining fence lines, filling of wildlife feeders, lawn care and facility grounds maintenance and general upkeep of Lodge and other buildings. We are a private ranch with the main focus on hunting and have a few cattle. This not a Cattle Ranching job.
Qualifications:
Previous experience ranch experience
Experience in operating and maintenance of tractors, implements and other heavy equipment
Knowledge of water wells, booster pumps, repairing broken water lines, water troughs
Basic carpentry, plumbing, mechanic and welding experience
This is a salaried full-time job with medical benefits. Must have your own reliable transportation to commute to work. Ranch truck is provided at work. No housing is provided.
