We have an opening available on our progressive, family-owned ranch. We are a cow/calf operation located in South Central South Dakota and North Central Nebraska minutes from Valentine.
We are a fast paced, hard working, progressive team with very little turn over in employees. Main duties will be feeding, fencing, herd health, haying and maintaining equipment. We are seeking an applicant that is motivated, self-starting, honest and reliable and someone who is looking for a long-term commitment. Cow/calf experience is required and mechanical ability would be beneficial. Our focus is on land health/sustainability, cattle health and safety. We do not use horses and instead we use ATVs to be as efficient as possible.
