Experienced horse couple wanted. Horse care exchange for free rent in a Guest House 30 minutes from Santa Fe, NM, and $400/month stipend. Must be two individuals. Horse experience required. A beautiful one bedroom with kitchenette, bath, 600 sq. ft., 20 acre property adjacent to 15,000 acres, with tile, vigas, radiant heat, Wi-Fi, and natural light.
There are usually four horses, sometimes six and feed times 5.5 days/week, two times a day at 7am and 6pm. Grooming, blanketing, mucking, etc. Pets okay. Non-smoking. Utilities extra.
