I am actively seeking an assistant ranch manager position-or other leadership role-in a guest ranch anywhere in the world but prefer Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, and Idaho (since that is where I have spent most of my life) -or New Zealand (!)
I have several years in a wide variety of leadership that spans from the guest and hospitality industry to the outdoor industry and beyond: from leading over 500 students on professional photography workshops to working as the assistant manager for 4 years at a high end wine and spirits bar in Crested Butte, CO, to 3 years as a departmental team leader and supervisor at a very busy Whole Foods in Boulder, CO, to leading over 1200 people over 7 years of fun and fact filled luxury tours into Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Park, many years as an instructor or assistant instructor and mountain guide in the ski industry, and last but not least: I have worked as the senior bartender and all around ‘ranch hand’ (and asst. manager) at Brooks Lake Lodge and Spa, a 4 star rated guest ranch not far from Jackson, WY.
I also bring tot the corral over 25 years of relevant and wide ranging experience in construction, property maintenance, and care-taking of higher end properties. I am well educated in outdoor medicine, have a BS in Natural Resources and Communications, and also have other business leadership training and certifications in both a business startup capacity as well as an community and issues wide advocacy level here in Jackson, WY.
