Private ranch looking for full-time, year-round caretaker/ranch manager.
300 acres near Lake City, CO. Includes 3 large dwellings, a large workshop and barn. Two irrigated pastures.
A combination of general mechanic, construction, and agricultural experience required. Backhoe, tractor, and vehicle operation/maintenance required. Road, pond, and river maintenance as well as pasture with large irrigation system. General household maintenance and cleaning.
No livestock currently, but could be added in future. Looking for a self-starter and someone with initiative.
Benefits package. Full-time housing available on ranch. References required. Salary based on experience.
