Horse Boarding facility located in McKinney, Texas if offering a full time position with weekly salary based on your experience level. Duties (6 days a week) includes feeding horses, mucking stalls, walking horses to paddocks, arena grooming, sweeping aisles and barn cleaning details such as cleaning buckets and wiping down stalls plus occasional grounds maintenance.
Living Quarters provided. Day off on Tuesday.
If you live nearby (Anna, Melissa or Princeton) and do not need living quarters then pay will be adjusted.
Qualities desired:
• Must be capable of mucking 15 stalls a day
• must know how to handle & respect horses
• have 3+ years experience working with horses
• be confident walking two horses at a time
• working long, energetic days (7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.)
Please do not call if you were raised on your grandfather’s ranch as this is a commercial boarding facility.
