All cookout cooks will be responsible for the preparation, service and storage of food for scenic float guests. You will be cooking over an open fire in Grand Teton National Park, as well as regularly preparing sack lunches for scenic float tour groups.

Cookout cooks are expected to deliver courteous service and a memorable experience to guests of all ages.

This job requires the ability to keep a clean kitchen, cookout site, cookout shed and equipment. Cookout cooks must be organized, efficient, and prepared to cook for up to 60 guests on a daily basis.

Professional cooking experience not necessary, but an interest in cooking and providing a hospitable atmosphere a must.

Salary: $1,800 per month plus room/board/gratuities
