Must be a hard worker/team player, self starter with a positive attitude and be able to work weekends
Natural horsemanship skills and a kind hand-a must!
Be able to train horses including lead changes
Mechanical Equipment knowledge, positive attitude and genuinely care about your job-a must!
The ability to take instruction and make educated decisions a must!
The job consists of but not limited to fixing fences, feeding, animals, gardening, housekeeping, cooking, ranch maintenance-weed eating, mowing-basic barn and arena care, give riding lessons-basically to be able versatile. Sort cattle-manage cattle and drive to shows. Keep organized records. We work long hours and not a set schedule. Bonuses for goal oriented inindividuals with a TEAMWORK-attitude.
Must have at least a 5 year work history including phone numbers
